I am a Gallup certified Talents and Strengths Coach, certified Career Coach and Resume Writer. I help individuals to deal with challenging career situations,  name their talents and develop them into strengths.

My job is to guide professionals when transitioning to a new career, provide executive and career coaching to managers for effective leadership, increasing performance, and talent and strengths development of their teams.

As a Career Coach, I guide you to use your qualities so that your career gives you more of success, joy, and purpose.
My background is in HR and since the year 2000, I have been collecting experience from top-class global corporations, such as Mars & Wrigley, Makro/Metro, Amazon, or Randstad RiseSmart. My expertise is Talent Management, Recruitment, and Engagement.
I was a member of global Talent Management and HR Teams in Amazon as an EU Senior HR Advisor or as an internal coach for leaders in EMEA.
