I am an HR professional and a Strengths Coach with working experience in top corporations since 2000. I have worked in global HR teams in various roles eg. as an EU Senior Advisor in Amazon and as an internal Career Coach for EMEA Leaders. Currently, I work as a Career and Transition Coach in Randstad RiseSmart Career mobility team. I support managers and leaders in recognizing and developing their own talents and of their teams. I coach people to develop their talents and strengths and guide them through a change from „having a job“ to „having a career.“
